Poste à pourvoir

-Partner with the Salesforce Engagement Lead to act as the expert on Salesforce AI capabilities, guiding entities through the evaluation, validation, and decision-making process for AI-enabled solutions.

-Define and socialize the adoption roadmap for AI features across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & MKT Cloud, and related Salesforce AI offerings; tailor recommendations to client, distribution, and operations needs.

-Support AI-driven implementations: requirements gathering, solution design, configuration/customization, data migration, integrations, testing, training, go-live, and post-go-live optimization.

-Advise on enterprise architecture: data model, data quality, data governance, security, privacy, and regulatory compliance (GDPR and local requirements); ensure alignment with risk and audit controls.

-Collaborate with IT and vendor to design scalable, reusable accelerators (AI-ready data models, flows, Lightning components, and dashboards) and establish a robust DevOps and governance framework (CI/CD, sandbox strategy, change control).

-Drive change management and enablement: create and deliver training, best practices, playbooks, and expertise sharing across regions; monitor user adoption and value realization.

-Manage stakeholder expectations, budgets, and vendor relationships; track benefits, KPIs, and ROI of AI deployments; ensure timely issue resolution and risk mitigation.

-Ensure a customer-centric, compliant, and ethically responsible deployment of AI in client journeys, distribution channels, and operational workflows.

-Senior expertise in Salesforce with a track record of delivering enterprise-scale, multi-entity deployments in a global context; proven expertise specifically using Salesforce AI capabilities.

-Prior consulting or advisory expertise working with a Salesforce Engagement Lead or similar governance/risk framework; comfortable operating in matrix organizations and across cultures.

-Demonstrated expertise to translate business strategy into actionable Salesforce AI solutions, with measurable outcomes (adoption, efficiency, revenue lift, or cost reduction).

-Salesforce platform depth: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, strong expertise with Einstein AI capabilities / Agentforce.

-Expertise in development and customization: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Process Builder, SOQL/SOSL, custom objects, validation rules, and security models.

-AI and analytics: integration and operationalization of Salesforce AI features; crafting data-driven UX with AI-driven decisions; ability to design dashboards and reports that track business value.

-Expertise in Integrations and data: REST/SOAP APIs, Mulesoft or other iPaaS, data migration, data quality, deduplication, data governance, and data lineage concepts.

-Expertise in Architecture and governance: multi-entity data architecture, security model, role hierarchies, sharing rules, data privacy (GDPR/local), and Salesforce Shield where applicable.

-Expertise in DevOps and delivery: Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD, automated testing, release management, sandbox strategy, and change control processes.

-Domain expertise: deep understanding of cutomer & distributor journeys -Other tools: familiarity with ERP integrations, data warehouses, or enterprise data platforms is a plus.

-Collaborative mindset and teamwork: excels in cross-functional environments, contributes to group goals, and is receptive to feedback from peers and mentors.

-Clear and proactive communication: communicates clearly and concisely with colleagues, asks clarifying questions when needed, and shares progress in a transparent manner.
